Like many residents of Boulder, I have had the pleasure of spending time in Nepal. The food at Himalayas Restaurant is authentic, is of the highest quality and the service and ambiance makes it a pleasure to eat there. I strongly recommend this restaurant. BTW, this is the first time I have ever taken time out to recommend a restaurant on this or any other site. RCP
